1. Who we are

AI·Implmnt is a sole trader operated by Leo Paul Larkin, based in Dublin, Ireland. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any services you engage us to provide.

By booking a call or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at leo@ai-implmnt.com before proceeding.

2. Services

AI·Implmnt provides AI guidance and implementation consulting services to businesses, primarily Irish SMEs. Services include, but are not limited to:

AI readiness assessments and strategy sessions ("Your AI Starting Point")
Implementation of AI tools, automation workflows, and related processes
Ongoing advisory and support retainers

The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing (by email) before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

3. Bookings and discovery calls

Initial discovery calls are offered free of charge via Calendly. These calls are exploratory and do not constitute a binding contract or commitment to purchase services.

Paid engagements are confirmed in writing by email following agreement on scope and fees.

4. Payment

Fees are quoted per project or per session prior to engagement.
Invoices are issued on agreement of scope and are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to pause work on any engagement where an invoice remains unpaid beyond its due date.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time via Calendly.
For paid sessions, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellations (under 48 hours) may be charged at the full session rate.
If we need to cancel a session, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time or issue a full refund.

6. Intellectual property

All written deliverables (plans, reports, summaries) produced during an engagement become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment.

We retain the right to describe the general nature of our work (without disclosing confidential details) for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared by clients as confidential. We will not disclose specifics of your business to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care and expertise, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability to you in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid for that specific engagement.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from our advice or services.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.
